Focal Maritime Services has successfully renewed its quality accreditation in line with the ISO 9001:2015 standard by Bureau Veritas Certification.

For the last 11 years, Focal Maritime has been accredited with ISO 9001 certification having been originally certified in 2010 with the ISO9001:2008 standard. The latter focuses on meeting customer expectations and delivering services to their satisfaction.

After a comprehensive review and audit of its management systems, Focal Maritime has been reconfirmed to be in line with the ISO 9001 standard. This could not have been achieved without the persistence and hard work of all the staff to ensure all processes are funnelled through ISO quality standards.

The accreditation of ISO 9001:2015 ensures that Focal Maritime’s processes and services can be measured against best practices and focus on delivering customer satisfaction, hence confirming the company`s commitment to delivering a quality service to its customers.
